WARRANTY

Joval Family Wines Pty Ltd, ACN  098 604 212 ABN 74 098 604 212 is the owner of Plumm Wine Glasses.

The below relates to Plumm Handmade, Plumm Vintage and Plumm Stemless glasses.

This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials during the wine glass manufacturing/making process including “dints, bubbles in glass and wobbly base” parts arising under reasonable household usage and care for this product for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Product is intended for household use only and commercial use voids the warranty.

Joval Family Wines Pty Ltd, will at its discretion, replace any glasses that prove defective during its 1 year warranty period.

This warranty covers normal domestic consumer use. It does not cover damage that occurs as a result of modification, misuse, commercial use or inadequate maintenance.

A valid proof of purchase must be provided prior to parts being supplied or the unit being replaced.

Please note this warranty does not cover products purchased at an auction, eBay, second-hand or not in original packaging. This warranty does not cover goods that Plumm supplied in boxes marked “not for retail sale.”
